Tamaya returns to Sheamah for a Ceremony of connection, friendship, heart opening and love.

Are you ready to take a journey deep within your heart and connect with the rhythm of the beating drum.

The Cacao plant is all about love - ourselves, others and Mother Earth. This is the focus of my cacao ceremonies, as it is with all my healing work. To not overthink things, sharing from a heart space and keeping it simple!

During the Ceremony, you will lie down whilst I move around the space with my instruments, playing them close to your body, where you will feel the energy vibration deep within. Smaller groups enable me to give more individual attention to each person. I conclude with hands on energy healing, which is always very well received. I believe I offer a very personal experience to a group event.

Following the ceremony we will sit and eat together, a lovely way to ground us before we journey home.

The raw cacao I use is Ceremonial Cacao Criollo from the Ashaninkas Tribe. It is grown traditionally, harvested in central Peru, non-GMO, 100% organic and raw, rich in anti-oxidants and minerals, and a natural anti-depressant to help with mental clarity. It is unprocessed, unlike the cheaper raw organic versions available on the high street, and is recognised and respected for its high quality and taste. Used in Ceremony it is a powerful heart opening plant medicine.

The event will take place in the beautiful yurt at Sheamah Holistic Therapies, within the grounds of Meadowside B & B.

Detailed information on how to prepare and what to bring is emailed a few days before the event.
